Content Marketing 
Guru J's - Restaraunt, Bristol

I led all marketing and content creation efforts for Guru J’s over the course of a year. This included food photography, short-form video production, and graphic design, alongside managing their Instagram account and overseeing all social media content.

Key contributions:

  • Produced visually engaging food and lifestyle content tailored for Instagram

  • Hosted a local giveaway in partnership with influencers

  • Designed print leaflets for targeted in-person promotions

  • Increased social engagement and follower growth through consistent storytelling

These efforts significantly boosted local awareness and helped establish Guru J’s as a recognizable brand within Bristol's competitive restaurant scene.

Digital & Website Strategy
The Red Lion & Cellar Room, Surrey

As both Assistant Manager and Digital Marketing Consultant, I led a full refresh of The Red Lion’s online presence while supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This dual role gave me deep insight into customer needs, allowing me to align digital content with real-world service delivery.

  • Redesigned the website to reflect the brand’s rustic-modern aesthetic, improve mobile usability, and streamline the reservation process

  • Produced promotional content, including video tours, food photography, and on-site storytelling to enhance visual appeal across web and social platforms

  • Developed a full-funnel content strategy, combining on-site FAQs, local event marketing, and seasonal menu promotions

  • Conducted competitor and market analysis to refine positioning and target high-intent visitors searching for countryside getaways or pub dining

  • Reduced customer support demand by optimizing booking information and improving layout clarity

  • Increased bookings by 26% year-over-year, demonstrating the effectiveness of content-led conversion optimization
